...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern Kay,
northwestern Noble, southern Alfalfa, Grant and northern Garfield
Counties through 845 PM CDT...

At 757 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 3 miles south of Cherokee to near Pond Creek to
7 miles west of Tonkawa to 4 miles southwest of Ponca City. Movement
was south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Enid, Ponca City, Blackwell, Tonkawa, Cherokee, Medford, Helena, Pond
Creek, Garber, Billings, Lamont, Carmen, Kremlin, Goltry,
Breckenridge, Marland, Jet, Nash, Hunter, and Deer Creek.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
