SEVIER...SOUTHEASTERN HOWARD AND SOUTHEASTERN MCCURTAIN COUNTIES
THROUGH 430 PM CDT...

At 403 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles west of Dierks to near Arkinda.
Movement was east at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Ashdown, Mineral Springs, Dierks, Horatio, Foreman, Lockesburg,
Wilton, Winthrop, Ben Lomond, Corinth, Arkinda, Center Point,
Richmond, Oak Grove, Silver Ridge, Geneva, Central, Muddy Fork,
Arden, and Provo.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. 

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
