...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL ECTOR AND
NORTHWESTERN MIDLAND COUNTIES THROUGH 930 PM CDT...

At 906 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Midland International Air and Space Port, or 7 miles northeast of
Odessa. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is 
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Odessa, Midland International Air and Space Port, and Warfield.

This includes Interstate 20 between mile markers 120 and 129.
