...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southeastern Rich,
east central Morgan, north central Summit and western Uinta Counties
through 345 PM MDT
...

At 253 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Randolph to 9 miles northwest of Evanston
to 13 miles northeast of Coalville. Movement was east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Evanston, Woodruff, Ragen, Wahsatch, Castle Rock, Almy, Altamont,
Piedmont, and Leroy.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 1 and 26.
 Interstate 80 in Utah between mile markers 180 and 196.
 Mirror Lake Highway near mile marker 54.
