WESTERN ROANOKE AND NORTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY COUNTIES AND THE
SOUTHWESTERN CITY OF SALEM THROUGH 800 PM EDT...

At 727 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Elliston-Lafayette, or near Shawsville, moving east at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.
