THROUGH 815 PM EDT...

At 729 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Charles City, moving northeast at 10 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

  Charles City, Ruthville, and Adkins Store around 735 PM EDT.
  Providence Forge around 745 PM EDT.
  Holdcroft around 800 PM EDT.
