...Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of eastern Douglas,
Adams, northwestern Garfield, western Whitman, southwestern Lincoln
and eastern Grant Counties through 515 PM PST...

At 423 PM PST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Cascade Valley to 16 miles southwest of
Ritzville to 6 miles northeast of Delaney. Movement was north at 40
mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Moses Lake, Othello, Warden, Ritzville, Moses Lake North, Banks Lake
South, Cascade Valley, Odessa, Lind, Coulee City, Sprague, Endicott,
Washtucna, Wilson Creek, Hartline, Hatton, Lamont, Krupp, Hay, and
Batum.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 90 in Washington between mile markers 171 and 244.
 U.S. Highway 2 in Washington between mile markers 189 and 208.
 U.S. Highway 12 in Washington between mile markers 389 and 393.
 U.S. Highway 395 in Washington between mile markers 62 and 96.
