At 417 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Janesville, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around 
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Janesville, Whitewater, Fort Atkinson, Milton, Lake Koshkonong,
Richmond, Johnstown Center, Lima Center, and Emerald Grove.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 39/90 between mile markers 168 and 180.
