* At 1246 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 7 miles south of Grassy to near Poplar Bluff, moving
  east at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to 
           mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

* Locations impacted include...
  Dexter, Bloomfield, Advance, Oran, Benton, Lake Wappapello State
  Park, Puxico, Morley, Essex, Bell City, Wappapello, Vanduser, and
  Rombauer.
