* Until 800 PM CDT/700 PM MDT/.

* At 712 PM CDT/612 PM MDT/, a severe thunderstorm was located 10
  miles northeast of Keystone, or 19 miles northeast of Ogallala,
  moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
