  Northwestern Harding County in northeastern New Mexico...

* Until 700 PM MDT.

* At 612 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Abbott, or 
  20 miles east of Springer, moving southeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind
           damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Abbott.

Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from 
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large 
hail.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead
