* At 652 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 5 miles southeast of Caldwell to 4 miles east of
  Wakita to 5 miles southwest of Manchester, moving south at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
