* At 519 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Waterford, or
  16 miles south of Erie, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Corry, Union City, Waterford, Wattsburg, Mill Village, and Elgin.
