* At 723 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles northwest
  of Smoky Mountains-Big Creek, or 10 miles south of Newport, moving
  northwest at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* Locations impacted include...
  Newport, Smoky Mountains-Big Creek, Smoky Mountains-Balsam
  Mountain, Cosby, Hartford, and Waterville.

This includes Interstate 40 in Tennessee between mile markers 436 and
