  Southeastern Yuma County in northeastern Colorado...
  Northeastern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado...
  Southwestern Cheyenne County in northwestern Kansas...
  Northwestern Sherman County in northwestern Kansas...

* Until 445 PM MDT/545 PM CDT/.

* At 418 PM MDT/518 PM CDT/, a severe thunderstorm capable of
  producing a tornado was located 9 miles north of Kanorado, moving
  north at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southeastern Yuma County in northeastern Colorado, northeastern Kit
  Carson County in east central Colorado, southwestern Cheyenne and
  northwestern Sherman Counties in northwestern Kansas, including the
  following locations... Hale.
