  Northwestern Hubbard County in north central Minnesota...
  South central Beltrami County in north central Minnesota...
  Southeastern Clearwater County in northwestern Minnesota...

* Until 1245 AM CDT.

* At 1224 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located over Upper Rice Lake, or 18 miles west of
  Bemidji, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
