The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Northeastern Preble County in west central Ohio...
  Southeastern Darke County in west central Ohio...
  Northwestern Montgomery County in west central Ohio...
  Southwestern Miami County in west central Ohio...

* Until 1215 AM EDT.

* At 1151 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Lewisburg, moving northeast at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Gordon, Pitsburg, Eldorado, Potsdam, Ithaca, West Manchester, West
  Milton, Ludlow Falls, Castine, Laura, Garland, Verona,
  Phillipsburg, Union, and Clayton.

This includes I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 6 and 9.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.
