  East central Blaine County in northwestern Oklahoma...
  North central Canadian County in central Oklahoma...

* Until 1030 PM CDT.

* At 956 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 5 miles east of Watonga, moving east at 60 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  Watonga, Kingfisher, Okarche, Dover, Hitchcock, Loyal, and Omega.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter, safe room or an interior
room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you
