  Northwestern Pike County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 445 PM EDT.

* At 418 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Ledgerdale, or 16 miles south of Honesdale, moving
  north at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

  Hawley around 435 PM EDT.
