  Southwestern Hidalgo County in Deep South Texas...
  South central Starr County in Deep South Texas...

* Until 200 PM CDT.

* At 132 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over La Grulla, or near Garciasville, moving east at 15
  mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Sullivan City, Grulla Middle School, Alto Bonito, Cuevitas, and La 
  Grulla around 140 PM CDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Havana.
