...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM EST THIS 
MORNING...

* WHAT...Snow tapering off this morning. Additional snow 
  accumulations up to one inch.

* WHERE...Portions of southeast North Carolina and northeast South 
  Carolina.

* WHEN...Until 8 AM EST this morning.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous 
  conditions will impact the morning commute and may last through 
  tonight as temperatures will struggle to get above freezing so not 
  much melting will occur before it refreezes again tonight.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in 
your vehicle in case of an emergency. The latest road conditions for
